AI bot workers

Bots that do a job, not a chatbot you have to babysit.

EvoSecure builds AI workers for small businesses: front desk, inbox, intake, staff brief. We install them the same way we install a backup: on your tools, with a human still in the loop.

Front desk

From $499 + $79/mo

After-hours answers, hours, parking, callback notes. Wired to the way your shop actually picks up the phone.

Inbox

From $499 + $79/mo

Triage, draft, file. A human still sends until you trust it. We do not let a bot quietly email your clients.

Intake

From $399 + $59/mo

The bot we run ourselves: what's wrong, home call vs remote, a ticket a technician can act on.

Staff brief

Quote

Internal how-we-do-this for the person who started last week. Policies, vendors, the printer.

Talk to a worker

8 turns left

Three sample bots. Nothing is booked, mailed, or stored on a server. You start the conversation. It does not talk until you do.

Empty on purpose. Try: “My Windows laptop is crawling and throwing pop-ups. Home call or remote?”

Why a computer shop builds the bots

Most AI vendors never see the inbox, the phone, or the machine that actually runs the business. We do. A worker that cannot survive a real Tuesday (shared passwords, a flaky printer, a bookkeeper on a seven-year-old laptop) is a demo, not a worker.

Setup includes the boring parts: where it lives, who it can talk to, what it is forbidden to send, and how you turn it off. The security practice is the other half of that sentence.

Hire a worker
  • Discovery, $199. One visit. We map the job, the tools, and whether a bot should exist at all.
  • Human in the loop. Drafts and tickets first. Sending and charging wait until you say so.
  • No mystery data. We tell you what the worker can see. If that is too much, we cut it.
  • Same bench. If the worker dies at 4pm, you call the shop that built it, not a ticket queue in another timezone.
