What “setup” actually means
Most camera jobs fail after the ladder comes down: wrong Wi-Fi, a password on a sticky note, night vision pointed at a porch light, recordings that vanish in three days. We stay until you can open the live view and find last night.
- Aim and coverage. Doors, lot, register, driveway. Not a camera of the sky.
- Network that holds. Wired when we can. Dedicated Wi-Fi when we cannot. Isolated from the guest network.
- Your phone, not ours. App installed, accounts created, sharing set for who should see it.
- Rescue work. Existing kits that never recorded. We will say so if the hardware is the problem.
