Home call diagnostic

We come to you. Same diagnosis, in the room. No storefront to drop a machine at. Not yet.
On-site at your house or office. Applied if we repair.
Labor
$50/hr
Repair time is fifty an hour. Travel in-area is in the home-call diagnostic, not stacked on top.
After diagnosis. Parts quoted first.
Virus & malware

Cleanup, browser hijack removal, and the account changes that keep it from coming back.
Includes a hardening pass.
Tune-up

Storage, startup, updates, thermal paste when it matters. Machines that feel new again.

Screen & hardware
Quote
Screens, batteries, storage, RAM, charging ports. PC and Mac, including Apple silicon.
Parts at cost plus $50/hr labor.
Data recovery
From $199
Failed drives, deleted files, machines that will not boot. We image first, then work.
No recovery, no labor fee.
What we will and will not do
- We work on Windows PCs, MacBooks, iMacs, Mac mini, and common phones.
- We quote parts before ordering. No silent replacements.
- We image a failing drive before we experiment with it.
- We do not hold machines hostage for a “premium diagnostic.”
- Water damage and logic-board microsoldering are quoted honestly, including when we should send it out.
